Ian Standerwick may stem from a Rock Music background, but the Electronic Dance World is a better place since his arrival into the genre as STANDERWICK a few years ago. Signed to the mighty Armada Music, the success of STANDERWICK as a producer and performer is evidenced by his seven Beatport Trance chart #1 releases to date including a further Beatport #1 in the main chart, remixing the likes of Armin van Buuren and Tiesto, plus extensive worldwide touring both as a DJ and Live act and working with and Incredible roster of artists to date.

However its was back in 2013 when Zirenz and Afterworld Recordings invited Ian to Remix their tune Chased by The Sun , and Ian Standerwick delivered his fresh sounding energetic pumping trance Remix of which he is very well known for today named ,” Zirenz Chased By The Sun – Ian Standerwick Thumpn Remix” which went on to hit #No.2 of Trackitdown Trance Charts and was Voted Future Favourite on FSOE Radio show and was given extensive Radio and Live DJ show support by Aly & Fila through Summer 2013  .
